Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

Unbelievable stay! The photos really do not do this home justice. As soon as we all walked in we all were in awe! The owner was extremely nice and responsive. The pool and hot tub heat were perfect. The owner made adjustments for our children throughout the day too. The outdoor space was perfect for our children. There was an outdoor turf area with overhead lights that was perfect for them to place outdoors each night. We hope to return!

I won’t think twice to stay here again. And you won’t be disappointed. It’s extremely beautiful inside that you won’t want to leave. I wish to give more than 5 stars

Patricia's place was just as it's described. It was perfect for our family of 6, everyone had their own space when needed and the pool offered hours of entertainment. The backyard was such a nice space to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The area was quiet but still close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come back again!

I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

Destiny was very friendly, answered all questions very fast. I stayed 13 days, many times asked me if I wanted anything. The apartment was nice with all you need to have a pleasant stay. Very good amenities in the condo, good gym and nice pool

Place was as pictured. Could use some tlc/touch up. Everything you needed was there, including coffee. The only thing missing was a tv in the bedroom. Location was awesome and walkable to restaurants, including Dairy Queen. We would definitely stay there again.

Marilyn was amazing and so was her place ! Much needed relaxation and having her to talk to was an added pleasure ! Can’t wait to go back

Le logement est propre et bien situé. Richard répond rapidement ce qui est apprécié. Seule chose nous étions 5 et le logement peut accueillir 5 personnes mais il y a seulement 2 chaises et très peu de vaisselles.

Enjoyed a lovely stay over four nights. Kitchenette was impressively stocked with utensils and everything you could need to cook - and I especially appreciated the little things like filters for the coffee machine. Several thoughtful touches throughout the room that made a positive difference. Check in and out was a breeze, location felt safe, and is walking distance to a Whole foods. Lovely shady seating by the pool. GatorMom was present, greeted me and asked if I needed anything every time I saw her. Overall, I recommend!

We arrived at the location and we had a little confusion so, we called Brigida and she answered right away. The place is clean and had the things you need to cook a meal and all the toiletries needed for the bathroom etc. The outside areas were abundant, clean and pleasant for relaxation. Also very private. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. We spent a good amount of time iguana watching in the tree tops. Don’t worry they’re completely harmless to people. The spot is close to everything you may want to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. No more than a 30/45 minute drive. There were stores and places to eat close by, for convenience. Overall, Brigida was a great host and very helpful and easy to deal with. Hopefully, we can head back to the area soon and have her as a host, again.

Nice little cabin located close to everything. Plus it doesn't even feel like city center. Surrounded by trees and feels like nature. Mary was a responsive host even tho I didn't need to contact her for anything. Instructions were very clear. And she makes sure that you understand what kind of cabin you're staying in so, keeps your expectations in the same level. Definitely good deal in the heart of Miami.
