10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

Great, safe location! Big house with everything we needed for our large family of 7. Comfy beds, and lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play! Sam was an awesome host too! He helped us late night while we were dealing with an issue at another airbnb. He called us right away to connect, went over to the home and turned the heat on for our arrival, let us check out late since we came in so late, really saved the day on the bad experience we were having with another owner, and he was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again and are so thankful to have found such an awesome host!!! AWESOME STAY!!!

This house was a great deal. Extremely spacious & well worth the price we paid for. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I noticed there was an air fryer & small toaster oven which would be useful. No full oven from what I saw. The house is located in a very suburban neighborhood which is nice & quiet, but there’s a Target & other shopping areas about a 5 min drive away. Overall, would stay again.

My mother stayed at Abby's place for over one week while visiting the area and enjoyed her stay very much. The unit was modern, clean, and exactly as advertised. The house and the entire neighborhood are quiet and well-maintained. The host is very friendly and responsive. We hope to book this unit again when we have family in town.

What a location and space for a family of 6. Location was supreme! Truly walkable to all Heavenly village for restaurants, gondola, Target and other attractions. Saves so much on parking and letting people come and go without using a car. Clean! Spotless! A well cared for home that was tidy with the perfect set of amenities to cook meals for the family. Kitchen appliances were high end. Bathrooms felt like its own apartment with large tubs, counter space and showers. Beds were so comfy and firm. They felt like new mattresses. Wow. What a restful sleep after all the fun activities. 3 floors, so everyone had personal space to telework and break off to at the end of the day. If you are teetering on whether or not to book a stay, just do it. This place is a wonderful retreat from the outside, and makes you comfortable enough to “stay-in”. This house offers so much inside that you almost forget that there’s Tahoe outside!

This is our 2nd time at this Airbnb. We took my husband’s family here for our very first family vacation and they had a blast. House is very spacious and has lots of space to sleep. We utilized the provided paddle boards and kayaks. Everyone had a good time! We were able to bring our to doggos with us. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place. The hosts are always quick and very responsive.

The house is as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. It's in a great location with a beautiful view from the backyard. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. We especially loved the game room, which is bright and filled with fun activities. The host was very communicative—we received quick responses within minutes whenever we needed anything. I would recommend this house to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A couple of small observations: Since we visited during a rainy and cloudy period, we weren’t able to turn on the outdoor light at BBQ area at night. It was solar-powered and should be automated, but we didn't manage to turn on. Also, finding the entrance road to the property area at night was a bit of an adventure—it can be a little confusing at first. But once you find the right path, it’s worth it!

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this incredible property near Yosemite! We were a group of four girls from UCLA visiting in March, and even though this home is designed for larger groups, the host was kind enough to accommodate us. The house is absolutely luxurious, with every amenity you could ask for. The space is huge, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked. The setting in March was stunning—lush greenery everywhere, with daily sightings of deer and other wildlife. The weather was mild, and while it was a little early to swim, we loved relaxing in the heated spa next to the large pool. The location is perfect—very close to Yosemite while still offering convenient access to groceries and essentials. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed retreat near the park

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

We had a terrific stay at Anne’s place, the home was the perfect fit for a group getaway. A little over an hour drive to get into Yosemite west entrance. The privacy and views are unmatched. Pet friendly (with a fee). Bed comfort had mixed opinions, but otherwise great layout to the home. Really appreciated the full service kitchen and outdoor griddle/grill to make meals at home. Would happily stay again.

We had a great stay here. After hiking Yosemite all day, the hot tub on the wrap around deck was a group favorite. Very spacious house with everything you need. We will be back to bring more friends.

Home was easy to find and perfectly located. House was a bit chilly but once we figured out the heat it was more comfortable. Whenever we had an issue RnR was very responsive. We would love to come back in the warmer months and would definitely consider staying at Lakeland Village again.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the home has all the amenities including anything you may have forgotten. . They have paddle boards, kayaks, extra coffee, water, spices and oils and a lot of other things. Linens were clean and the place was super nice. Definitely will be back !

Home away from home! ❤️ We had a wonderful experience staying here. The place was clean, organized and very relaxing. A perfect setting for a break from reality. We all had an amazing time, especially the kids and our fur babies. My nephew was playing at the zip line nonstop! 😁 I personally enjoyed the hot tub and bonfire. It was very relaxing! Indeed a memorable and perfect weekend get away! ❤️

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Great little get away spot surrounded by beautiful mountain scape. The resort had hot springs which were nice to soak into after a long day of snow boarding. Loved the quietness and being surrounded by nature. We enjoyed our stay here!

Our stay in Nicolaus (Near Sacramento) was absolutely wonderful! The home was immaculate, stylish, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the gorgeous river view and open floor plan, it was so peaceful to wake up to and even better to enjoy in the evenings. The location was perfect: tucked away enough to feel like a true retreat. Mariah was an amazing host, super responsive, thoughtful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re visiting Sacramento and want a comfortable, beautiful place with a breathtaking view, this is it! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone. *P.S. the pool and spa were highly rated by the kids.

This is the second time we stayed at this property while visiting Sacramento to see our daughter. We love playing pool so the pool table is always a big draw for us. If you like swimming, there’s a nice pool in the backyard. The location is very close to great restaurants and other activities in downtown Sacramento
