You’ll have this basement apartment to yourself (no shared spaces). It includes its own laundry facilities, kitchenette, and a Roku TV. The kitchenette has an induction stove and XL toaster oven. We live upstairs and have small children. We play, laugh, cry and dance up here, but we provide a noise machine for you :) Please read property details. We've even added solar panels to the property and they provide all the power to the house... our little bit of 'green living'.
