What a sweet hideaway amount some beautiful, large Estates. We even found a house down the street built by Frank Lloyd Wright. Very guarded but interesting! Clean and modern. Beautiful landscape.

This place was perfect!! It’s a lovely room above a garage, but it’s absolutely perfect. It’s private and modern. The bed—wow! Excellent sleep! The place is quiet and there are lovely views. Plus easy access to all the local highways. Plus, Shaayna’s dad was a delight to chat with when I ran into him outside. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and spices. We just felt so comfortable and the space had everything we needed. And we appreciated the little touches! Highly recommend!

We are repeat guests and always appreciate the comfortable accommodations, quiet of the neighborhood and excellent location being so close to all the amenities of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley.

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

Absolutely unforgettable stay — 10/10! From the moment I arrived, this Airbnb exceeded every expectation. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail — from the cozy bedding to the fully equipped kitchen — was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and ease. The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and within easy access to everything I needed. But what really made this stay special was the host. They were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Whether you're in town for a short getaway or a longer stay, I can't recommend this spot enough. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in town!

Phil greeted me by the entrance to welcome me. He wanted to make sure I got inside because the door is a little bit hard to open. The casita is beyond clean. I brought Lysol wipes because I am a nut about clean. I didn’t need to use any. The little extras they provide are ABSOLUTELY delightful!! Snacks, coffee, wine, water and chocolate!! What more could you ask for?? Thank you for sharing your casita!

What a gem of a space! Beautiful, peaceful and had everything I needed. Very gracious and helpful hosts and the artwork in the unit was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The casita was the perfect space for a small family. The space is fresh, modern, clean and the patio and pool look like a scene from a private resort. The fire pit was a great space for morning coffee and evening margaritas and our oldest loved the basketball court. In fact our hosts went out of their way to take-down the pickleball net to accommodate our son's love of basketball. The location is a short 5 minute scenic drive to a wonderful town center with a host of great restaurants (We loved the Thai, Pho, and In-Out Burger, First Watch) and two very, very nice grocery stores. Being on the north end of Phoenix it was the perfect jumping-off location for day trips to Sedona (very beautiful) and the Grand Canyon. At the end of the day the space itself was its own vacation and it truly felt like a luxury resort Casita.

As a single traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Wes's place. The studio was spacious and provided everything I needed. Wes was a very responsive host--when the Keurig coffee maker gave up the ghost, Wes brought a new one to that unit the same day--I appreciated that, as I love my morning coffee! Thanks Wes!

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! Jill & Carl are wonderful they were so helpful and attentive. The place is perfect in a cute neighborhood, safe and relaxing! The place is amazing we cooked most meals there and utilized the bbq too. The roof top patio is such a nice touch too with beautiful views. Jill even went as far as making sure we had tea and coffee which was great! The only down side was it is bright in the room early but we travel with eye masks so this wasn’t a problem! Both their pool and the neighborhood pool were amazing!

Everything was as in the photos. Loved the decor! Outside was peaceful and beautiful. Relaxing with the sounds of the water fountain right outsidethe door. We were able to meet the hosts on site. They were nice and a pleasure to speak with. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Very clean and private space where our dog was allowed. It was easy to find and in a convenient location. Hosts were responsive, allowed early checkin and recommended a dog friendly restaurant nearby.

Lovely, peaceful stay. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Felt right at home, incredibly cozy. Alicia is a wonderful host. She made our trip into a wonderful experience.

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! WOW! The unit was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely style that made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. We really enjoyed the large bathroom and its great shower. This rental had the most amenities of any unit we have rented. Lots of lotions and shower gels, a great hair dryer, and everything needed to make simple meals. We even had an adorable welcome gift and a large basket filled with snacks upon our arrival! The pool is large and very well maintained. Security lighting was abundant and made coming and going in the dark carefree. They have an adorable puppy named Ruby that was a lot of fun. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you to the family for working so hard to make this an A++ experience.

This facility and accommodations are above and beyond what we had expected if we ever get back into her neck of the woods we will plan our vacations around the available dates of her accommodations it was spectacular she is a wonderful host I can’t thank her enough forOutstanding accommodations for making this a spectacular vacation

This was my first experience with Airbnb. Michael and Josh were so very friendly and responsive with any question I asked. Their place was exactly what I needed and the private backyard for my dog was so special. I renewed my initial stay twice because it was very comfortable and just like home. I truly enjoyed this wonderful new experience! Fantastic hosts!

I loved this place! It felt very private, peaceful and safe, even though it is in a relatively dense suburban neighborhood. Great location, south of downtown, adjacent to a huge nature preserve, but within 5 miles of the airport. The interior of the casita is pretty and comfortable and homey, and it had absolutely everything I needed. I ate dinner outside every night, watching the evening light color the mountains and enjoying the fun outdoor string lights that lit up automatically at dusk!

Clean and looks like the pictures. Oliver was very responsive. One thing to note as we could not tell this from the listing, if you are traveling with a dog - the backyard is private but there is not door from the home to access it. You have to walk out the front door and through the side fence to get to it. That was not the most ideal set up for our longer stay.

Nice, cozy place. Very nice family and a friendly little dog. They provided a gate opener which was convenient. The internet was spotty and slow at times which made working a challenge I would recommend upgrading the internet. Besides that, two thumbs up.👍🏽👍🏽

Donna’s place was exactly as described and the perfect spot to stay. The bedding and couch were super comfortable, and it was a nice touch being able to swivel the TV to watch from bed. The location was also ideal—just 10–15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in town. Donna also gave great recommendations on food spots and things to do, which made our trip even better. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Phoenix.

Im a local Phoenician that works from home. I stayed at Katie's place out of necessity, due to the A/C at my house not working in the inferno season. *From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience.* Check in: Easy, clear instructions. Parking/Security: Private driveway secured by RV gate. Privacy: Your own space and small yard that is great for a dog, yet Katie and Ariel live next door so the host is accessible if needed. Friendly Hosts: Proactively offered anything I may need. Example: They offered an office chair since I work from home. WIFi: Strong enough to work from home. Central location: The area is close to the Biltmore(5 minutes) , Old Town Scottsdale (approx 15 mins) and downtown Phoenix (10 mins). Neighborhood: the neighborhood has a strong community and the neighbors know each other and will wave to you etc. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
