We live right next door to this cozy little house, which we have renovated from top to bottom. It's all new: new paint, carpets, windows, cabinets, appliances and bathroom fixtures. It would be great for individuals, couples, or small families who need a base camp for visiting beautiful San Juan County. Coming to Blanding for business? Bring the family. From Mar. to Oct. we observe Daylight Savings (one hour ahead (later) than Arizona (which does not observe Daylight Savings)). Time at this Utah home is the same as Colorado and New Mexico year round.

Please join us! We are offering cabin rental on our developing property. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabins are equipped with bartop counter, fridge/freezer, dishes , K Cup coffee maker and microwave in the kitchenette. Enjoy a rinse in the natural stone shower with dual shower heads. The living room has 2 couches with a full size pull out and hand made coffee and end tables. Outside is a covered patio with table and chairs. There is parking located on the side of each unit with private entrance.
