Everything was fantastic, we had a great time and enjoyed this amazing property. The location was 10 minutes from the fields we had a tournament at. We will definitely be staying here again

I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

This place was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed during our stay, including plenty of firewood! The house and amenities were easy to navigate, the light switches were all labeled! One thing that stood out was the smell of the towels and linens. I usually expect scratchy towels that have a bleached smell. These were soft and smelled like they were fresh out of the dryer. Great host and I will definitely book this property again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We found everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely rent this house again if available during our travels.

Came in town for a wedding and the property was only about 5 minutes from the venue. We were also only about 5 minutes from downtown, so the location was perfect. The house was very clean and spacious and had a great yard for our dogs. Would definitely recommend this property!

We loved our stay at the house on 193. It had plenty of room and the surroundings were just beautiful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck while drinking our coffee in the morning. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the nature all around the house.

We visited Northern Georgia while our son was attending lineman training and decided to spend the week of the rodeo and graduation there, knowing it would be a while before we could return. We were searching for a home that offered a rural feel, tranquility, and ample time for our family to relax and enjoy each other's company. This home exceeded our expectations. It's charming, steeped in history, and the acreage was a delightful bonus. The size was just right, and the thoughtful touches provided by Janet made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and Janet was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely loved our overnight with Audrey! Our dogs were so comfortable there. I love that there are dog bowls there because I had accidentally forgotten our travel water bowl! So it was a super nice touch. I did see another review talk about the stairs and I will say that I agree if you have an elderly dog (or person, haha) that you aren’t able to easily assist up the stairs, it might be difficult for them. Luckily, our only old man is our toy poodle, so we just carried him and it was fine. The other dogs took the steps like a champ and thoroughly enjoyed the “sniffari” of the yard! Would definitely stay with Audrey again!! Beautiful neighborhood and lovely views!!!

This was our first time staying in Georgia and also our first Airbnb! Lindsay was great and very responsive throughout the whole process. The home and the property were amazing and beautiful and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to just relax and take a break from everything for a little bit. We honestly couldn't complain about 1 thing...from booking to the actual stay all the way up until check out was as easy as could be. Thank You Lindsay!

My wife and I took a short, last-minute trip to the Rainbow Lodge and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The river views from most rooms in the house (and from the hot tub) were spectacular, the bed and bedding were comfortable, and the property was peaceful and lush. The host, Brad, was quick to respond and was very detailed and thoughtful in providing information and ample supplies to make our stay convenient, comfortable, and relaxing. For a small fee, we were able to arrange a late checkout. There are a lot of stairs inside and outside the house, so it's probably not suitable for very small children or those with mobility issues. For us, this was a 10/10.

Anne and Frank were great host who were very responsive to anything we needed. Our stay was a short overnight one but the location and hospitality were just what we were looking for. Well worth it and would stay again. Thanks guys Milt and Joan Underwood

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin. A great place to stay for a large family with plenty of games and things to do while on the grounds. The location was also perfect, not too far from things to do. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

The most perfect house for our family vacation!!!! We had a very large group and it accommodated the kids and the adults!!! The private lake on property was worth every penny!!! Mr.Drew was so nice and responds very quickly! We will definitely be back! One of the best vacations we have been on! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us!!

We had such a nice, quiet stay at the cabin. There were plenty of fun things to do to keep everyone busy & happy. The river view was beautiful & tranquil. Our host was very responsive. We had a wonderful visit! Highly recommended!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The views are spectacular! We rented for a group of employees as we were working in the area. The house worked great for us and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The house was decorated for the holidays and looks beautiful. Any bedroom has amazing views. We had great communication with the owners, and they were always quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jessica's home in Calhoun, Georgia, again & I can't say enough good things about my experience. Jessica was an incredible host—friendly, responsive, and proactive in making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The neighborhood is safe & quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Having a private fenced-in backyard was a huge plus since I was traveling with my pet. Inside, the home was well-kept and thoughtfully arranged, with easy access to dining and shopping just a short drive away. The unique local experiences showcased the area’s charm. My interaction with Jessica was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and my pet's, always available and quick to respond to any questions. Her friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. I've already recommended this gem to friends and family, and I look forward to staying with Jessica again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a fantastic stay in Calhoun, Georgia!

We spontaneously decided to get a night out in the woods for our anniversary and the birdhouse was the perfect spot! It was quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. There were chickens on the property, an area to fish in, a wonderful campfire site easy to make dinner on. It was well worth the trip.

We absolutely loved staying here and would totally stay again! We had so much fun feeding the cows and enjoying the beautiful views. The home was nice and cozy, and exactly as pictured and described. Thanks for a great stay!

Aaron and his wife were a great host. We stayed 30 days with them while transitioning in to a new home and they were excellent in accommodation and communication of any need we had. I would reccomend them and would stay with them again.

We truly needed a getaway and absolutely loved our time! We stayed several nights and loved the quiet, unplugged atmosphere. The A frame was very shaded so would be ideal for hot summer nights, very cool in the spring but we loved that. We spent a lot of time cooking on the balcony and looking out at the pond. Our hosts were lovely, so friendly and happy to check in whenever they saw us wandering the large property. We're excited to come back and may book one of the other small homes next time to change it up! Our dog was in nature heaven!

Brandon and Tiffany were fantastic hosts. Always responsive and our stay was wonderful for our retreat group. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! Amenities exceeded our needs and expectations.

We stayed for more than a month and enjoyed our stay. Aaron was helpful and a great host. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are loads of stray cats in the neighborhood but they're very sweet and not bothersome.
