Welcome to our charming Tiny House Retreat offering a unique escape from the hustle & bustle of daily life on 3.1 scenic acres. Situated just beyond the edge of town around a bend that makes it feel very private & surrounded by nature, it is a short walk/bike ride to the downtown area w/restaurants & shopping. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the Hudson River & at the end of your day, unwind under the starry Adirondack skies around the campfire after enjoying a beautiful view of the sunset.

Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. 4x4 recommend Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. 382 Back To Sodom Rd. WiFi, family-friendly activities and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the views. Built by a local craftsman with logs from our area and local river stone for the fireplace. Cabin is completely modernized. A lovely porch looking towards the pond and exterior lights along the Pond. Minutes to all outdoor activities. Pet fee $75 per pet must be paid at time of booking. Must bring dog blankets!

2 bdrm ADK cabin 10 mins to GORE MTN

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Adirondack summer is just around the corner. Whether you come for the rafting or hiking, swimming or kayaking, you'll find endless outdoor adventure not far from the cabin door. In the evening, enjoy the comfort of the screened room or move outside to the campfire circle, watch the stars come out and listen for a local barred owl. Whatever you choose, you'll take home wonderful memories and enjoy excellent hospitality in the high peaks.

Sweet just built cabin with lovely mountain views offers great privacy. Elsewhere on our family compound, we offer an optional all-natural Japanese hot tub experience as well as a cedar Sauna experience. Walking trails throughout. Lovely architectural details, beautiful furnishings and wonderful location. In summer, we offer wood fired pizza (most but not all nights). Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing.
