The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Penderwick Cottage

This beautifully appointed, whimsical cottage is magical and restorative. Lovely linens, canopied Queen Keetsa bed, wifi, vintage fixtures, stained glass windows, kitchen (includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, nespresso machine). Sunny Berkeley Cottage

This cozy, light and airy backyard cottage is the perfect get-away in North Berkeley, a short walk from tons of shops, theaters and restaurants and 2 blocks from a BART (subway) station and bus stops. And about a mile away is the Berkeley Amtrak stop that will take you straight to Levi’s Stadium or to Sacramento. Easy to get around and fill your day with delights!

Our modern, light-filled apartment at garden level includes a spacious main living and kitchen space, and a large bedroom, and luxurious bathroom.
