The House with the Curl was easy to find. It’s a peaceful and safe neighborhood to walk in especially since we did a lot of walking to and from the tram. It matched the pictures and description. It was a great place for us and allowed us to cook our breakfast. (A couple of markets in the neighborhood) as well as some great little places to pick up doners!! Tram 26 made the area assessable as well as provided a neat experience. Would stay again if ever in Amsterdam.

L'appartement est très beau et grand. Il est très bien situé pour se promener à pied, le quartier est très sympa, nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité. Supermarché juste en face. Les escaliers sont effectivement raides mais c'est typique de la ville. Il faut juste faire attention et tout se passe bien. Le seul petit défaut est qu'on entend les voitures, et que nous avons été réveillés très tôt par du bruit dans la rue. À part ça, je recommande l'appartement !

We had a truly wonderful stay on Laura’s boat. It was perfect for two people - quiet and private, yet close to all of the excitement of Amsterdam. It was so fun to live like a local on a boat house for a few days! It is a boat, so spaces are small, and if that bothers you, you need to choose somewhere else. But if you want the experience of living on a boat for a few days, you will love this place. Definitely rent the bicycles from Laura! If you haven’t seen Holland by bike, you haven’t seen Holland. We loved this place. I really hope we have the chance to go back someday.

We had a great time! The place was clean, with great location, and with all the amenities you might need. Great bakeries and restaurants very close by. Thank you for having us!

Mabel has a beautiful house that is quiet even though the train station is right across the street. Everything was as described and Mabel was right there when we needed something. I can't recommend this house enough. Perfect size for 3 couples.

It's a really special place. The house feels like the 17th C beauty it is, but there is nothing janky or tired about it. A lot of very thoughtful work has been put in. It is light-filled, beautifully cared-for, and perfectly incorporates all modern luxeries. The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. We had a terrific week there, can't recommend it more highly.

Endroit très agréable et très paisible, optimal pour visiter Amsterdam et les villes environnantes sans avoir à exploser son budget. André et Marlies ont des vélos à disposition et nous avons vraiment adoré faire du vélo! Je les recommande vivement!

We had a wonderful stay at Lars’s apartment. He welcomed us, was flexible with the check-in, and showed us the apartment and how everything works. We were able to walk everywhere and had a supermarket and nice bakery 5 mins away. It was pristine clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet place. Lars gave us a list of recommended restaurants that was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a stay in beautiful Amsterdam!!!
