The apartment has a variety of original Maltese features and provides an authentic experience. In the hart of the historic Malta, set right at the magnificent waterfront of the oldest of the Three cities (founded by the Knights in 1552), this apartment offers stunning views, authentic historical setting for the sophisticated traveler and all the modern conveniences at a knock-down price! Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. These features include traditional patterned tiles (to keep the weary traveler's feet cool in the heat), traditional Maltese balcony insightfully converted into a dining room with breath-taking views of the Grand harbour and the cities of Valletta and Vittoriosa (beautiful settings should finally be counted as the necessary condition for healthy eating and living!). Old wooden beams adorn the aristocratic high ceilings, adding a touch of nostalgic grandeur. All this combines to offer an unbeatable travel experience which breaks radically with the standardized mass hotel packages of today's tourist industry. Come and explore a little-known Maltese locality which offers a glimpse into the authentic Maltese life-style; a locality that is distant, yet close enough to the more established sites.The ferry connection to Valletta(4min) across the Grand Harbour is second to no other type of transportation (sometimes the truth of the old worn-out proverb that the journey is more important than the destination holds unconditionally but if you insist on renting a car, there is plenty of parking space also). The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double niche bed, a spacious and elegantly vintage-furnished living room (with a sofa-bed), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette (for those who are tired of eating out and want to experiment with local fresh produce at home) and a bathroom (needless to say, also with sea views!). Dar il Paci (House of Peace)

A bright and spacious artist's residence and retreat with breathtaking views. This highly maintained property is only a 15mins walk to friendly restaurants in the village of Xaghra and Ramla beach. Situated between the Neolithic Ġgantija temples and legendary Calypso's cave. With a well serviced bus route and local grocery shop at the end of the road (5min walk). Dar il Paci is an easy, comfortable and centrally located base for adventures on Gozo or relaxing with family and friends by the pool.

Little Giu- House in Birgu close to Valletta Ferry

Located in one of the best areas in Birgu , overlooking the most famous street one finds our Little Giu. The property is located just a few steps away from the Birgu main square where one would find various restaurants. The property is also 400m away from the Birgu Waterfront, here one would find more restaurants infront of the sea and many more attractions such as a ferry service which leads to Valletta and the 3 cities, the bridge leading to Senglea and most of all the iconic Fort St.Angelo.

Probably the oldest house in Gozo, built circa 1430. This spacious 3-floor home with private entrance and central courtyard includes a full kitchen, living/dining with AC, cable TV, Wi-Fi, large shower room, and 2 AC bedrooms (1 ensuite). Enjoy the open sun terrace. Lovingly restored by Derek and Marian, this unique home has been in the family for years. This three-bedroom farmhouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a private parking space, and nearby amenities. This home is only 4-minutes walk away from Xaghra's village square where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the Megalithic temples of Ggantija. Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.

Town house with pool, valley and sea views.

This town house is situated in a quiet area of Nadur in Gozo, with a number of facilities nearby, including a bus stop and a small grocery 200 meters away. It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.
