Huisjes in Grace Bay

The service here was impeccable from beginning to end. Richard at concierge was very pleasant and helpful with providing things to do on the island. We were provided with a cell phone that included important contacts such as the taxi driver, beach shuttle, etc. Everything was seamless while here.

Super cute place. Quiet and quaint if that’s what you’re looking for on your stay. Very helpful that they provide you a phone to communicate with taxi drivers and other local numbers. It’s minutes from the beach where there’s a free shuttle to take you and they offer beach towels and cold water, and of course lounge chair and umbrella. Overall, the best part of the vacation was staying at Kokomo, but you are away from the “good parts” at the “strip” where the Ritz is. Deco recommend visiting that are while in the Turks. 😊

What an awesome location! This was our third trip to Turks and Caicos and our third airbnb. This was by far the best location and perfect unit. We are huge fans of Chalk Sound location and this was within very short walking distance of Sapodilla Beach one of the best on the island. The rental was great. Very nice patio, pool, and amenities. Walking distance to Las Brisas restaurant and a short drive to the Little Havana restaurant. The hosts were great. Quick to respond at all times. Never had any issues. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place over by Chalk Sound with easy access to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. These beaches are off the beaten path compared to Grace Bay, but they are spectacular and uncrowded. The villa is on the sound side with a nice little pool to relax by at the end of the day. The place was spotless with awesome AC that cooled things off quickly. The shower is nice and hot. Counter space is a bit limited. The place was missing soap and shampoo but I am certain this was a simple oversight - everything else was provided, including a nicely stocked kitchen which we used every morning. Neko the host was very responsive, and proactively reached out with check in and check out instructions. Las Brisas is a nice restaurant close by. This is now our favorite side of Providenciales and we'll be staying here again.

Exactly as advertised. Private space with pool and direct beach access. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated how communicative the host was and recommending a car. Definitely needed the car to get around. Thank you, I highly recommend.

I have traveled the world and this home was even more beautiful in person, we saved thousands being able to cook in a well equipped kitchen a full ready to use grill. The washer dry and dishwasher make you feel at home. Close to everything yet on a quiet street with your own pool and deck for privacy. Coming home to this space at the end of the day made this island even more enjoyable. Side note I traveled with my 14 year old son, the pool to spend time decompressing at the end of the day allowed for some awesome bonding time. ( at this age bonding time is priceless)Also it was really nice our first night there Nat had me follow her to get groceries and back to the house so I could stock the fridge .We thank you for this wonderful experience, we will be back.

We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.

This is a great spot for a couple. It's a cottage-style place, nestled in the Leeward Settlement. No it's not Grace Bay, per se, but so provides a quieter, more relaxed experience. Plus, if you rent a car, it's a 10 min drive to GB action, if you require it. Everything you need is there, right down to toilet paper! We really appreciated the beach equipment – umbrellas, chairs – just made our beach time better. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A/C system kept the place cool. Really nice outdoor back deck, very private, ideal for al fresco dining. Full cable package if you're into the TV side of things. The shower water pressure in shower could use an upgrade, but workable. The Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy at times. Overall, I'd highly recommend this spot.

Jimmy is a very good landlord and hosted us very well. He is always reachable, but discreet at the same time. The house has all comfort, is in a peaceful area, and the view from the pool is showing beautiful sunset every day. there is the chance to have dinner inside or outside and the kitchen is fully furnished. the 2 bedrooms are at the ground floor, accessible and lockable in case with their own keys. Jimmy was very understanding even when we damaged by accident one sunbed, which he didn't charge. He has been lovely in every occasion we needed him!

Séjour entre amis de neuf jours parfait! L’endroit est bien situé, prêt de tout et le logement est bien équipé pour cuisiner sur place! Les photos représentent à perfection l’endroit! Très propre et chaleureux, le terrain est très intime et à quelques pas de marches d’une petite plage et à quelques minutes de voiture des autres plages! Restaurant commerces etc à quelques minutes de l’endroit! Les consignes claires,accès facile. Les échanges avec l’hôte Ruth sont très facile et les questions super bien répondues! Un vrai coin de paradis! Je le recommande

Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Had a great time. Nothing like waking up to an ocean front view. Felt very private but also easy access to activities like jet skies and horse back riding. Everything was clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive. Had all the essentials for the home and kitchen. I will be coming back here!

Caicos cottage was everything we hoped it would be - right on the water with the most beautiful views of the ocean and in a quiet little neighborhood. No need for the air conditioning because there were so many windows to let in the cool ocean breeze. We had everything we needed. Mac, the taxi driver/property manager was knowledgeable, helpful, and on top on things. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Hidden Haven felt like a hidden gem, it had everything we needed for our stay, the attention to details providing personal toiletries and, sunbathing items as well as the classic kitchen items we needed to ensure we had a lovely stay was a nice touch! The place itself was even more beautiful in person and felt very homey, the view of the lake to wake up to every morning was truly breathtaking the pool was also clean and just as enjoyable, Karen was more than accommodating and responsive with all of our needs, we look forward to returning!

Villa Elemni was truly a paradise. Regine was a wonderful host who gave many helpful suggestions throughout the trip. The villa itself is in a very quiet area in North Caicos ideal if you want to get away from it all and unwind in a spectacular setting. To get from PLS airport it was a scenic ferry ride and short car ride to the villa. It was definitely convenient to have the included rental car as the villa is quite remote. The house itself was perfect for our family of 5. The most spectacular part was the outdoor pool area leading to our own private beach. We rarely saw anyone else on the beach - it was a bit rocky but you can easily walk to the white sand Horsestable beach. We spent several days snorkeling and finding conch shells. I’d say the only thing to be prepared for are the limited grocery supplies (best to get these on Provo before getting on the ferry but we did not have time), and also the mosquitos and sand flies. We really hope to return again to this fabulous villa.

Second time staying at Aqua Del Rose and everything was fantastic. We absolutely loved the private beach front property. Pictures say a thousand words and walking through the front door you have the most amazing view of the turquoise blue water in the beach behind the cottage. The location on Long Bay is phenomenal as the beach out back is so convenient and one of the nicest areas. We walked the beach every morning and some properties have lots of rocks near the water but not this one. If you stay here highly recommend renting a car so you can go to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Looking forward to a return trip!

We recommend the Coriander Cottage! Although there is no view of the water as promised, the beach is a shorter walk than expected. The cottage is very private and minutes away from Mango's Restaurant and Shark Bites. The beach is difficult to walk because of rocks and deep sand but it was so private-- we met several renters and residents. (Love the beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided.) A six- minute drive to Somewhere Cafe will bring you to beautiful sandy beaches and another nice snorkeling area.
