Beautiful stonehouse in sunny Kut

Our family-friendly stone house is located in peaceful Kut, only a 3 min walk from the seaside, and is close to beaches and great restaurants. It comes with a lush lemon garden, sunny terraces and a separate garden studio. Kut is the Old Town of Vis and from this side of the bay you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. We bought the rundown house in 2007 and renovated it with the help of skilled craftsmen. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet really close to everything you need for a great holiday!

This apartment is located in the heritage 17th Century Dojmi de Lupis Vukašinović Palace. It is in the heart of Vis's old town; and yet being at a quiet and private location. It is an enchanting apartment, not a generic B&B. It is decorated in authentic nautical and period furniture and oriental furniture, with a east-meet-west embience as we used to live in Asia. It is ideally suited for a couple who are looking for a quiet, warm, romantic, and relaxing home-away-from-home holiday.

Vis is one of the most beautiful islands, full of untouched nature, crystal clean sea, amazing bays/beaches and restaurants.

Inside the apt there is a separate bedroom, pull out sofa in living room, fully equipped kitchen.. It is suitable for 3 guests max.

This lovely studio apartment is located in the old part of Vis town - Kut, ona very quiet location. It has stunning seaview from the terrace and sea is just 2 minutes walking distance. Apartment is refurnished in 2018 and it is fully equiped, air-conditioned, has TV, wi-fi and there is free parking place above the apartment. The local shops,bars and restaurants are just 5min stroll away.

The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.
