Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

L’appartamento, ad eccezione del bagno, non ha porte, ma solo tende divisorie oscuranti.

Crossing the historic Teresian streets you reach Piazza Unità in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

Depandance con entrata indipendente posta al piano terra. L'alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel 2019 ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato ad uso esclusivo. La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato. Nell' alloggio è inclusa una piccola colazione leggera , troverete caffè e brioches. Ospitalità e cortesia.

Trieste is just a 10-minute drive away, one of Italian most beautiful seaside cities.

La posizione nel centro storico di Grado, rende questa casa comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge, i ristoranti e le attrazioni turistiche dell'Isola.
