Relax with the family at our beautiful cottage on Fontana Lake! You'll love sitting on our deck overlooking the lake, and walking down to the water's edge to go for a swim or launch one of our kayaks. This peaceful cottage features a full kitchen, washer & dryer, a huge stone fireplace, air conditioners, an outdoor shower, and a gorgeous view of the water. Pets are welcome with a $25 fee. Very close to Tsali Recreation Center, Cherokee, and Nantahala Outdoor Center. Come on out to relax & play.

UPDATE for WNC: The cottage has power & internet and is available to rent. The Sunset Cottage has everything you need to relax & unwind. Fully-stocked kitchen, two living spaces, an office, indoor & outdoor dining, beautiful lake views, and multiple outdoor spaces including a dock. Note: This older home doesn't not have an interior staircase that allows access to the levels. To enter the lower living & laundry rooms, you will need to walk outside of the house.
