Simple & Suite - Golf Course Hill Grand Anse Beach

Guests would love the apartment it's affordable and in an excellent location with a truly Grenadian feel. Its cozy and clean and quiet. The neighbors are friendly. Great views, and only 5 minute walk from world famous Grand Anse beach, & 10 minute drive from MBIA airport. SGU is 10 minutes drive away. St. George town is 10 minutes by bus or taxi. There are excellent supermarkets within 5 to 7 mins by bus or taxi. Buses are just a short 2 minute walk away and cost EC2.50 or USD1.00. VERY HILLY.

It’s spacious and minimally furnished, providing the perfect canvas for you to make it a home from home during your stay. It has 2 double bedrooms with A/C, 2 bathrooms. All the main rooms provide amazing views over Morne Rouge bay. Literally 80 foot steps from the beach, bars and restaurants, it's simply perfect for a relaxing Caribbean beach get away - you can lime all you like!

Amenities close: banks, supermarket, cinema, restaurants, two beaches. The world famous Grand Anse beach is 10 minute walk, Morne Rouge (BBC) is next beach. Airport 15mins drive. Sleeps two (can sleep four by use of sofa bed in lounge, please ask). Shared additional cooking facilities at bar with big view, 54x solar panels. New queen bed June25.

Enjoy Kaibus Place- a quaint home away from home. Kaibus is just steps away from two separate access to two independent beaches. Situated a mere 4 minutes away from the Airport. Kaibus is a well appointed space and includes high-speed WiFi, Smart HD Tv (fire-stick), fully equipped kitchen with cozy bedroom that opens directly onto the balcony/patio. Eating area is also on the balcony/patio. Stackable Washer-Dryer is located in the bathroom. Hotel restaurant is within easy walking distance.

Located only; 7 minutes from the MBIA, 6 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to / from the famous Grand Anse Beach and also supermarkets or popular restaurants nearby. Airport pickups and drop offs are possible at a 20% DISCOUNT on the regular taxi prices. Custom tours at unbeatable prices can also be arranged with the land lord. This absolutely beautiful, well kept Caribbean style property has a stunning view of Grand Anse Beach. It faces west and enjoys spectacular sunsets. It is a lovely and spacious apartment with lots of out door veranda space, perfect for outdoor dining and watching those sunsets! It has two double bedrooms and a large lounge / kitchen area. It is within 5 -10 minutes of a supermarket, restaurants, golf course, banks, shops, and of course the world famous Grand Anse beach!
