Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

Venice Amazing House (Single Room free parking)

Venice Amazing House is set in Marghera, 700 meters from Venice Mestre Station and 10 mins away from Venice Historical center by Tram/Bus. Both Bus and Tram stop in front of the property's door. This Guest house are fitted with a TV, free Wi-Fi and parking. Air-conditioning is provided in the lobby. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 9 km away and Treviso Airport is about 20 km away from the property. Surrounded by a bar/restaurant, supermarket and parks which are only 5 meters distance.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

We offer venetian-styled double rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee), no checkin after 21 o'clock). This is a small single room with a sink inside the bedroom and a small ensuite bathroom (WC & shower). It has aircon (1st June to 1st September), heating (October to March), a desk, a wardrobe, a chair, Italian TV channles and WIFI. It's a budget room. The view is to the wall of the neighbourhood.
