Great location, awesome view, House is furnished with Copenhagen furniture. 1 miles to downtown and 2 miles to NAU. Reality TV show filmed at the house. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, 3 bedrooms with king bed and 1 with queen bed. Washer and dryer in house. Tankless water heater,YouTube TV. Pets pre-approval.
