Located on 1.6 acres of land, Heron’s Cove is the perfect place to unplug with access to Lake Champlain from the backyard down a tended path. Kayaks, a row boat, and life jacks are provided! 20 minutes from Plattsburgh NY and 1 1/2 hours from Montreal and Burlington VT. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.
