Kris is a great host. His place is private and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and private access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Great hospitality. Our family friends enjoyed their visit to the area. Host was super proactive and a great communicator!

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

The property was magnificent. The bathroom in our suite was inconvenient, located between the bedroom and the living quarters. The hideabed was uncomfortable for sitting. The grounds were beautiful, lots to see and do. would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great vacation KC.

We loved it! Appreciated the extra lotion and shampoo in the closet! The little extras like a deck of cards were appreciated!

Great place to unwind, we used it to reach Disney world and Space Center while enjoying a great place!

This place was a perfect spot for us. Nice and relaxing and steps away from the beach that was not crowded. At times we had the whole beach to ourselves. We would love to come back.

This location met every need! No need to get back in your car! 30 second walk to beach bars, 5 star restaurant and beach. It felt like a total immersion in Cocoa Beach life style. Apartment was very clean and had all amenities. So much fun!

Stayed for a little weekend get away for my wife's birthday and was amazed by the backyard view. Highly relaxing, super quiet and enjoyable. House was well stocked with any/all items you would need to make it feel as if you were at your own home. Would certainly recommend to anyone to stay here.

We loved this house for our family! Having the front and back yard with the dock was really nice! It is also a great neighborhood. Shopping and great restaurants close by and not far from the beach! Great location

This was a lovely place to relax and enjoy. My family had the best time on the dock, pool and even seeing a rocket launch from the dock at night! It was awesome. This place has everything you need to truly relax.

I stay at manatee cove with my husband and three young boys! We loved every moment of it! From waking up in the morning watching the manatees swim and the fish jump to mid afternoon swims in the beautiful pool and winding down fishing on the dock. Not to mention it is a short drive to some beautiful beaches and parks.

Wat een prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis, aan alles was gedacht, heel compleet ingericht. We genoten van de tuin, de jacuzzi met uitzicht op het water en de kinderen vonden het zalig om met paddleboards het water op te gaan, er waren zelfs enkele dolfijnen die met hen kwamen meezwemmen. Het huis is exact zoals op de foto’s, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin.

This place was SO SO SO relaxing! From the pool to fishing and easy access to the boat ramp. We loved it for the weekend getaway. AC worked great. Being able to heat the pool to our liking was extra great! Host is so responsive and helpful. We for sure will be back. We didn’t want to leave.

Lovely seaside house. Well equipped with all the beach necessities. Such an amazing ocean front with swimming, surfing, fishing and all things water related! Spaces for different times of day. We had such a great week. Recommended.

Our family of five's stay was short but we took full advantage of what the Donald's house and neighborhood had to offer. Although chilly, the kids took a dip in pool. We would of definetley spent more time in the private oasis if it was warmer. Our favorite part was taking the two kayaks out on the canal and seeing the wildlife (3 dolphins up close and personal!). We took advantage of a bowling alley and restraunt that was within walking distance. Everybody had their own bed with the ample space and Donalds kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We would recommend Donald's place for familys with younger kids. Thanks Donald!

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach location. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy access to a private beach with very little traffic or overcrowding. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals several nights and was centrally located between two towns with different options for eating and shopping. The host gave us all the information for checking in well in advance and he was in contact to make sure our stay was great.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

Place was just as described. Close to everything on the space coast but very peaceful and quit. The views of Banana River were fantastic and the dock and kayaks were a great bonus. We saw several dolphins and manatees. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Awesome location right on the beach!! We loved the beach facing patio and the size was perfect for our 3 people. The hosts were great with communication as we had no problems at all!! We will definitely be coming back here again!!
