Only one mile south of Historic Downtown Melbourne, with its shopping, restaurants, and night life, and 3.5 miles to the beach, the location is perfectly situated to take in all the sites of the Space Coast.

This is an old school, 1940’s, fishing camp feel! All the original wood floors, walls and ceiling! It’s waterfront with your own dock and deck overlooking the water. You will see dolphins swimming by, lots of fish jumping, and maybe a manatee will pass by! Yes! You can park a boat at the dock, 3.5ft. deep AND you can fish off the dock.
