Beautiful inside and the views are spectacular! Gorgeous mountains in one direction and the city lights in the other. The house is large and a very comfortable place for an extended family to spread out when they want to and come together when they want to. We especially appreciated the many places to sit and dine and the fireplaces. It was a real treat to stay here in such a beautiful house in such a beautiful place. One note that I would make is that the mattresses on all of the beds are VERY FIRM and if you have really small children, the stairs may be an issue. Neither was an issue for us, but I thought I'd mention it. Overall, I would highly, highly recommend this home!

We were a party of 8 (ages 50 to 84) and definitely enjoyed our stay. Convenient location (surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to ABQ) with enough room to hang out inside and out. It's right by the pool and workout room with easy access for jogging/walking. Phillip's communications were responsive and always spot on. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at Rhonda's place! We loved how close it was to museums/restaurants/old town, and we could walk a lot of the time. It was very clean and quiet. My sons love the bunk beds, and our bed was very comfortable as well. Except for a bit of spotty internet, we really loved this place and would stay again!

Eric was an amazing host. He was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was in the country and the casita had lovely artistic details. It was very comfortable and had great fenced in areas for our dog. If you are looking for a great getaway place in the country and yet close to the city, this is the place for you.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! The house was perfect and matched everything in the description and even exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and peaceful and added to such an amazing stay! If and when we return to Albuquerque, this will definitely be one of, if not the first, stays we hope to do again!

Amazing Old Town Getaway

Amazing deal for the cost. Walkable to Old Downtown, Botanical Garden, Aquarium and river walk natural area. Clean, quiet and comfortable accomodations for a party of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed to pre meals easily and dishwasher made clean up easy. Would definitely rent this home again when in the area.

We enjoyed staying at Monica's place for an entire month. The place was very clean, had an abundance of amenities and the neighborhood was very safe. Monica was very responsive with any questions or concerns and the instructions to the place as well as what to expect were very clear. We are already planning to stay again in the future as this was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

Whitney & David have created very BEST Airbnb experience I’ve ever stayed in‼️ Their adobe home is quintessential New Mexico with an amazing vibe, objects d’art, welcome gifts & amenities; they have thought of EVERYTHING‼️ The location is absolutely fantastic. I am a walker and being able to walk the neighborhoods to get to restaurants, cafes, galleries and groceries is a huge plus. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely quiet. Between the luxurious bed & linens, I slept deeply. Moreover, Whitney & David are very responsive, kind and generous with their time giving lots of suggestions and pro-tips. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home 🙌🏻 As an Airbnb hostess for the past nine years who runs her Airbnb like a five star hotel, I am not easy to please.
