A community boat ramp is conveniently located behind house and the main lake is only a 15 min boat ride away. Only a short drive to the beaches of Rough River State Park. Escape to a private retreat at beautiful Nolin Lake. This home offers 3 bedrooms and a large loft area with a bunk bed. Enjoy coffee or a game of corn hole on the huge wrap around deck. Mammoth Cave National Park is 10 miles away (visitor center is further), Nolin Lake State Park is 7.5 miles away, Dog Creek marina is 4 miles away, Blue Holler off road park is 7 miles. Our beautiful custom waterfront cabin is a perfect getaway for couples and small families. We are located on Mercer Creek Cove. The cabin is very relaxing and private. There is a boat ramp in the subdivision for your use. All bedding and bath towels are included. Kitchen is fully equipped, direct tv on 3 large flat screen TVs. Gas grill we provide the propane, custom built in bonfire pit just steps from the water. Hot tub that overlooks the Cove, private outdoor shower. We now have WIFI!

Enjoy this peaceful home at Nolin Lake. Located in the lake community of Annetta/Ambassador Shores. Lake access is about a 10-minute walk or 6/10 mile to the ramp. Rent a dock or boat at Moutedier Marina. Nolin State Park is close & has a swimming beach. Check out fishing & hiking in the area. Early mornings & dusk are best times to see our resident deer. Fire-pit in front yard, firewood available. Mammoth Cave & Dinosaur World about 30 miles away. 30 miles to Glendale.
