We have been renovating an old 1950’s dairy barn since 2013. We fell in love with this location because the barn is set in a beautiful valley in the Appalachian Mountains. You have to drive through the creek to get to the barn. We built this private Rustic Rooster Room on the creekside of the barn with its private entrance. Outdoor fire pit and indoor wood stove are sure to keep you entertained in both cold and warm weather. Newly added mini split will keep the chill off in winter and heat out in summer. Black bear, wild turkey, and deer are the only visitors you will have. Set atop a large waterfall the sound of the falls is audible throughout the property.
