The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

We are 3 km away from the Virpazar - tourist center of the lake. This location is ideal for visiting all the beauties of Skadar Lake, and also it is great if you want to visit Montenegro on your own. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
