This oceanfront cottage boasts breathtaking views right on the beautiful beach of Casuarina Point. "Sunrise Cottage" is one of two units in this beach front duplex. Fall asleep to the sound of waves and spend your days in the sun and sand. We can connect you with local guides for deep sea or bone fishing, and are happy to share our favorite bars, restaurants, and day trip ideas to fill your days before your return to secluded Casuarina. "Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.
