Halletts Valley Hideaway

Charmaine and Steve are the hosts at Halletts Valley Hideaway - a luxurious self-contained cottage tucked away amidst vineyards on the outskirts of Tanunda, in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley. The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, spectacular Barossa sunsets, kangaroos amongst the vines and blue wrens on the lawn.

THE STABLES - Location! 100m shops. 150m beach

We just couldn't resist this property... so quirky and full of character. So we added to our 'stable' and it has become our latest project. It reminds us of the farm, of fresh hay, horses and cattle. In fact we have decked it out with so much love...antiqued leather sofa, rustic home made tables straight from the shearing shed workshop. So much history there! Original art works by Jessie. Designed and fitted with new pieces throughout each room. This recently built straw bale cottage on its own large block is the ideal cozy base for nature lovers and adventurers. The small but very comfortable, eco-friendly space with beautiful views in almost every direction is also perfect as a romantic getaway or quiet retreat for travellers. This unique home was a labour of love built by your hosts. It has all the wonderful atmosphere that lime rendered straw bale creates - undulating walls and deep windows overlooking the bushland.

The Gallery at Bella Cosa

On the edge of a forest The Gallery is simply stunning. Soak in the huge freestanding bath while watching your favourite TV show or movie. Relax by the log fire, enjoy a romantic dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or take a stroll through the forest sculpture trail. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. You may find you don't want to leave but if you do there are over 80 nearby cellar doors to visit, amazing restaurants to dine at and beaches and trails to explore.
