Hilltop Hideaway is perched high on a hill overlooking the parklike setting of Watoga Crossing, a neighborhood that sits on the Greenbrier River Trail with private access to the trail. This custom cabin sits on 4.5 wooded acres in a designated dark sky area. The cabin is completely enclosed with a fence for your furry friends. The house is cozy and comfortable, decorated with eclectic touches and antiques. It is within a short walking distance from the Amtrak station and the public access to the Greenbrier River. (If train noise and a train horn bothers you, this may not be the place for you). Personally, I love the sight and sound of the train, even at night! I think there’s something exciting about the sound of the train. The front is located on a street setting, the back has a large yard and small stream.

You can hear the rapids of the Gauley River from the porch. It’s also located only 5 miles from Summersville Lake. And only 15 miles from the New River Gorge National Park. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

Contemporary home located on 800 acres in the Appalachian Mountains. Incredible views.
