Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, had a lovely time at Alex’s home for spring break. The home was well maintained and had all the necessities needed. The location was perfect for us to unwind from our busy routines. Pleasing teenagers is one hard task but this house did the trick with fishing, paddle boards, and the hot tub. While there were enough bedrooms for each kid, they decided the bunk bed room was their favorite so they all stayed in there! Alex was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

This home was amazing!!!! The host was very good with communicating. I was very impressed with how clean it was and the kitchen had everything we needed!!! The home its self was incredible everything we wanted plus some!! The decor and layout really made it feel like home. The views were gorgeous!! My daughter woke up the first morning and said it was the most beautiful sunrise she’s ever seen! The home faces so you can watch the sunrise over the mountains from the porches and windows. Best way to start our days! The layout aloud for us all to have our own space. My girls loved having their own rooms and floor to themselves upstairs. Their rooms were huge! The master suit was amazing!!! The tub in the master bath was huge, clean and the perfect way to end a long fun day!!!! We would highly recommend this home and host!!

Wow! What a beautiful home and property! We spent the weekend catching up with friends, cooking delicious meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing in the hot tub. It was the perfect place to unplug and unwind. It was the most “homey” of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! I was especially impressed by how clean everything was and how thoughtfully stocked the space was. From the variety of kitchen supplies to a pour-over coffee setup, and even extra towels for the hot tub, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Holly was hands-down the most proactive and responsive host I’ve ever encountered, making the experience seamless from booking to checkout. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I’m already dreaming about when we’ll return. Thank you, Holly, for sharing such a beautiful home and experience!

This is a great place to stay with extended family. We have stayed here twice - both times for funerals. All of the family has been able to stay here together which has been such a blessing since we are coming in from all over the country. The house wasn't quite as clean the second time but our concerns were heard and I'm sure they will make the necessary improvements before the next quests come. Alex was very responsive and we would love to come back for a fun trip next time and maybe in the summer. We have only been here in the fall and winter so I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. I would highly recommend staying here.

The peaceful setting, view of the mountains, and warm home interior were just what we needed. The furnishings, decorations, and inspirational messages added to our family get together. We would highly recommend Janette's hospitality and home to anyone wishing to see east TN in a beautiful location.

This was definitely a 5-star stay for us. In fact, the Cliffhang was our favorite AirB&B to date! We were grateful for the amenities that you had available (basics in the kitchen like tinfoil, cooking spray, syrup), shampoo, laundry detergent, kleenex, etc. We have stayed at some places that don't have these things. We really didn't want to leave such a peaceful place. We hope to return some day.

This is a great place to stay if you're wanting a secluded and romantic getaway. It's the kind of place where if it rained the whole time you're there (like it did for us), you wouldn't care because it's so cozy and well-equipped. Plus, the sound of rain on the metal roof is soothing. The owners have done a great job with the decor and all of the thoughtful touches. Keep in mind that if you're planning on making a visit to downtown Marshall part of your vacation, many of the reviews you'll find online of downtown are pre-hurricane Helene. The town (and most of the restaurants and shops) were destroyed. They had started to rebuild when we were there (April), but almost nothing was open yet. So, check before you go.
