Muffled noises are heard from above at these times.* HEADS UP! 7' ceilings in basement apartment! No AC available. The basement is naturally cooler, but outside weather affects it too.

Beautiful mountain view, screen porch and open covered area to sit right outside of the french doors, 45 inch tv with Dish tv, phone, wifi, laundry room, microwave, coffee pot. If u want to cook there is everything u will need--pans, corning wear, silverware etc , , extra pillows and blankets, fold up extra bed, but has separate duckless heat and air for comfort. Whole house generator... If u love the country this apartment is relaxing and comfortable... Everything is brand new.
