This amazing Main st. facing unit has a large balcony with opposing sofas for you to soak in the downtown experience. The entire unit was remodeled in 2019 and has brand new furnishings. It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
