The new owners ( Delores & Rhonda) have rejuvenated the property with new colors & amenities. Nestled in a beautiful hollow with walking access (.03 of a mile) to Greers Ferry Lake. It's not unusual to see road runners, deer, turkey & hear yelps of coyotes in the distance. To add to your experience each cabin has a fire pit, sittin' porch & grill!

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake!
