Med nem adgang til offentlig transport, skov og strand – perfekte rammer for både afslapning og eventyr. Kun en kort gåtur til stationen, hvor I kan tage toget direkte til Københavns centrum. Villaen rummer 4 rummelige soveværelser samt 2 helt nye badeværelser, hvoraf det ene ligger ensuite til master bedroom for ekstra komfort.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Unique Danish Cottage near the Beach and Cph.

This unique property is among the first houses at the coast. It had a direct view of the sea and has been named "Havblik" (Sea view) since 1875. Today, the old house has been restored with a modern aesthetic. It's large and spacious, and you will immediately notice the ceiling with visible wooden beams and the calm cozy atmosphere. Open the large double doors and connect the cozy garden with the living room and kitchen. From the house, you can walk 200 meter to a wide bathing beach.

Offentlige transport tager ca.30 min. til Københaven. Boligen beliggende tætte på badestrand ( BrøndbyStrand og Vallensbæk Strand.) Boligen ligger gå afstand til supermarket. Letbane start i Oktober måned og 9 min. går afstand til Letbane station.
