The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The main promenade has all you would expect from a seaside town. The holiday house is suited to individuals, couples or families. We welcome four legged friends. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, downstairs toilet and two double bedrooms upstairs. There is off road parking for one car.
