This is a great property in a really well located village, convenient for people wanting to walk either the Pennine Way or trace the route of the Kinder Trespass. The village has lots going on for its size, with shops, pubs and restaurant. The property itself is spacious and well- laid out - each bedroom was big, and the master bedroom is huge! Downstairs there is a large lounge, dining room and kitchen with everything you might need. Very good place to stay.

This is an incredible, beautiful, peaceful location with lovely walks on the River Wyre just a ten minute stroll down the lane. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained and in a picturesque location. There are restaurants a short drive away, and the renowned Booths supermarket in the Lancashire market town of Garstang is an easy 3 miles drive from the property. Lancaster, with its great selection of independent shops and compelling history, is just 7 miles away. With easy access to the M6, what more can I say? Highly recommended!!

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. My friends and I had a really wonderful few days staying at Booth Farm. The cottage is so peaceful and beds extremely comfortable so we slept amazingly! The kitchen is really well kitted out and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire in the evenings. So many beautiful walks and swim spots from the doorstep, we did not need the car. Duncan kindly took in our shopping as we were running late and left some breakfast things for us. We are already planning our next stay!

Wonderful place, whether you want to relax or explore & go hiking/walking, great base as there's loads of walks/hikes to take direct from the farm, with good boozers/food en route. Everything you need is provided, very peaceful location yet minutes from the town centre, all amenities within walking distance. Definitely recommend a stay & we'll be booking again for sure.

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and it was the most peaceful and beautiful place. Lodge was spotless when we arrived and the hottub was all ready for us. During the day there is a few hikers going past the lodge so that is something to take into consideration when booking but we didn't mind this. Only thing we had to point out was there was no milk when we arrived which we assumed would be in the fridge because there was everything else there to make a cup of coffee/tea. Overall it was a lovely and peaceful experience and we would recommend this lodge to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay in Georgia, and it will be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Richmond.
