It's only a 5 minute drive to downtown Mystic, 15 minutes to Stonington, and 25 minutes to the casinos and RI beaches. Minutes away is Noank, where you get some of the best lobster. Drive a little further and enjoy the Connecticut River towns of Essex, Chester, and East Haddam. A great place to make memories with family and friends.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.
