Welcome to our weekend home, located in a quiet Mystic residential neighborhood. It's the perfect base for enjoying everything the Connecticut Shore has to offer. It's only a 5 minute drive to downtown Mystic, 15 minutes to Stonington, and 25 minutes to the casinos and RI beaches. Minutes away is Noank, where you get some of the best lobster. Drive a little further and enjoy the Connecticut River towns of Essex, Chester, and East Haddam. A great place to make memories with family and friends.

This recently renovated cottage is at the top of a quiet lane with a sweeping meadow view. Single level. Two bedrooms sleep four (queen and two twin beds); new, well-equipped kitchen and one bath, open living area, deck and patio. Light and spacious. Market/deli nearby; pleasing walk (less than a mile from center of Mystic)- restaurants, shops, marinas, etc. Near Amtrak station. Great retreat!

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.
