After 40 airbnb stays, this might be my favorite spot. Was passing through on a road trip and found this property in Jay, and had to sleep there. Gorgeous magical stay for the night. Jessica was a fantastic host.

What a relaxing and quaint cabin ♥️ The hot tub was so relaxing and we were pleasantly surprised to have a grill and a nice propane fire pit ! The cabin was perfect size for 3 people . We had a few reach outs to Karen about needing things and she immediately responded and helped out . It’s located right by the lake on a little cove so it’s very quiet. About 5 min from the local dollar general store for groceries etc. bed was so comfy ! Our son enjoyed exploring around and even found little sculptures in the rock pathway by the cabin ! She was also very accommodating to our check in and out times . I would highly recommend this cabin for a little family trying to get away from city life for a weekend 💕💕

Absolutley incredible experience. The host made it feel like home and had everything you could ever need available. She was so kind and responsive and made our trip fantastic. The house and location is AMAZING, we cannot wait to come back.. it will be sooner than later :) If you are thinking about booking, just do it. You will be thankful you did!

The home was beautiful. My family really enjoyed all the amenities the residence had to offer. Very clean and updated. The only gripe would be the smoke alarm was chirping all through our last night in the home. Would definitely recommend and consider returning at a future date.

Carolyn and her husband were amazing hosts! My husband and I felt right at home. They were wonderful and showed us around the awesome property and were very attentive t0 make sure we had a peaceful and stress free stay after attending a weekend event a few towns over, we will definitely be back!

Lovely place. Just like the pictures. Peaceful and quiet with wildlife visitors every evening. Carla was attentive and quick to respond. It is very spacious and the furniture is super. The bathroom is large and has a wonderful shower. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to going back.

This place was great! Our kids esp. enjoyed the floating mat for swimming that we tied to the dock. Hosts were great and communicated with us well. Great view of lake from both decks and even the bottom patio. Esp loved the shade that came in on the decks in the evenings. Made the heat not feel so hot. Game area inside was great! We enjoyed Yahtzee and pool. Will recommend to our family, friends, and neighbors .

Evan’s Place was beautiful!! The views from the decks could not be more spectacular. Anything we requested or asked about they immediately responded and made it possible. Everything was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the whole family!

Everyone in our group loved the place and we all had a great time here. Everything was clean, clearly labeled, and had everything that we could imagine for our stay. The parking was limited and Terry called to check in when he heard we were having an issue but was very respectful and helpful to finding a solution. I would recommend this place to everything! I’d love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the lake.

This was a cute stop for our crew while attending a party on the other side of the lake for family. The decorations are just perfect with many thoughtful amenities. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. While - I didn’t expect to be able to enjoy the gas fireplace when I booked this trip - ya gotta love the unpredictable Oklahoma weather - almost made up for all the rain.

Great location! Condo was very clean, as well as swimming pool, game room, and outside area. We enjoyed being able to walk to The Anchor and Shangri-La for meals. Very helpful and attentive staff throughout the complex. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again in the future! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were great, and the master bathroom’s waterfall shower feature was especially relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked and convenient for preparing meals, and the location is perfect. It’s to everything we needed while visiting family on Monkey Island.
