This place was a great little private place. There’s neighbors near by, but you have enough privacy. My husband and I were looking for a small great getaway and this place was it. Plus, you had a jacuzzi, which unfortunately we didn’t not have the chance to use, but I would have loved to experience under the stars. The complimentary wine was delicious. Michael was a great help in giving recommendations. I would definitely stay here again! All I have to say is couples book it, don’t think about it!

Our stay at Ponderosa Pines was wonderful! The cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a relaxing hot tub. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, and we loved the access to Twain Harte Lake. Overall, a fantastic retreat – we can’t wait to come back!

The place was a prefect getaway with the husband. Regina made it extremely easy to check in, check out, and she responded very quickly to my questions throughout our stay. We recommend staying here.

Super cozy my family loved staying here! The hot tub makes it so worth after a long day of tubing. My favorite part was the kitchen fully stocked with everything you may need, felt right at home making family meals. Beds were super comfy rooms and bathrooms were really clean. It has a really cool That 70s vibes. We had fondue one night for dinner and it was fabulous!

Cabin is perfectly located, very close to town with lots of restaurants and stores, and very convenient for daily travel to Yosemite! The cabin is clean and has everything one might need to stay for a while. Very satisfied with the stay!

This is our second stay at this beautiful, comfortable home. Each time on the day we leave, I’m already wanting to plan when we’ll be back! It was a joy to share this magical place with my extended family this time. We enjoyed time by the fire pit, dining on the gorgeous deck, and hitting the hot tub after long hikes. Plus we were visited by two beautiful deer who came right up to the fence line to nibble on some grass. An amazing spot—we can’t wait to return again!

This place is a charm and has character. Felt very comfortable, right at home, the amenities were perfect and I thought it was spacious. Host was very responsive and provided recommendations.

We had a fabulous time! We had three families staying in one house and it was spacious enough for all of us with 4 bathrooms and three bedrooms. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed for our big dinners we cooked and the hot tub was such a nice touch! Isaac was very responsive and we loved being at the quite cabin at the end of the street.

The home is as described in the pictures. Sarah and Bobby were extremely responsive. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short as our son was homesick. We hope to be back again.

The Blue Door cabin was an awesome spot for our overnight trip to Yosemite. It was close enough to the park, especially because we wanted to go to Mariposa Grove the morning we checked out and it was only thirty minutes away. The accommodation was clean, free of clutter, and had everything we needed. Instructions were posted around the cabin to help us with heating, trash, etc. and they had local food recommendations posted by the front door. It was easy to get in and easy to figure out. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I’m sure the couch would have been great to sleep on as well if we had more people. I would definitely stay again. Lovely cabin to stay at while we checked out Yosemite National Park. It’s inside the park already so you don’t have to deal with long lines of cars trying to get into the park in the morning. Loved the hot tub and the nice steam passing by the house. Would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend!

Our week-long stay this April was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to our outstanding host. They were exceptionally friendly, incredibly responsive (often replying within minutes!), and proactively reached out to ensure everything was fine. Their thoughtfulness regarding guest needs and flexibility with arrangements were greatly appreciated. We loved the complimentary coffee selection and tasty snacks – a very nice, welcoming touch! The property itself was sparkling clean and offered profound quiet. Nestled deep within a serene, peaceful forest, it felt like a true escape from the noise and bustle of the nearby town, providing exactly the tranquil atmosphere we desired. The vibe was calm and welcoming. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you plan to use the sofa bed, remember to request it specifically when booking, as it needs to be set up by the host. We highly recommend this tranquil forest gem for a truly relaxing and restorative retreat!

This was my second stay and, once again, it was lovely. I love exploring new places, so for me to return says a lot about this home. Whenever I need a place to relax with family or friends, it's the first place that comes to mind.

Elisha’s place is beautiful and well located for trips into Yosemite park. She was very quick to respond to enquires and easy to chat with when I had questions. Her home is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and modern, making it easy to cook meals. The tv is easy to use and it was convenient to stream Netflix with. Strong internet connnection. I would highly recommend Elisha’s place to anyone exploring the surrounding area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Yay Frame in Oakhurst, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The decor is stylish and cozy, blending modern aesthetics with rustic charm. The location is perfect—just a short drive to Yosemite National Park, making it an ideal base for outdoor adventures. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I highly recommend The Yay Frame to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Oakhurst. I can’t wait to return!

Katie’s cabin was the perfect place for our group of six. It looked exactly like the photos—charming, cozy, and spotless. The space was incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and coffee that made us feel right at home. We especially loved the indoor fireplace. Katie was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this cabin and would love to come back!

Really nice location with river access and fishable pools (although we got skunked on a difficult winter attempt). Home is a little dated, but adequate for our stay. One of the upstairs room is not completely enclosed, but has an opening to view/hear the living room area. The windows make for a stunning view. Overall the house kept us warm and allowed us to explore the Strawberry/Pinecrest area. We were lucky to have a dusting for snow during our stay. Parking is located street side and there is no private driveway to park your car. Location was really nice for us to access the snow play parts and Dodge Ridge. There is also a nice OHV type of trail at the end of the street if you are interested in a leisure hike.

This was my third stay and I really enjoyed it. Great if you have a dog. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Bed was super comfortable. Had a great time again

The cabin was a great little getaway and a short drive from where I was coming from. The house was clean, comfortable and warm. The upstairs bathroom shower head was a little awkward, you had to hold it by hand to rinse off. No one in the house had a cold shower the water was nice and hot. The living room size was perfect for the family. The deck was a perfect hang out spot with a cup of coffee in the morning. Great hiking spots near by and Bass Lake just a short drive away.

True home away from home. We had such a peaceful stay, perfect for a relaxing get away. Stylish home with fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic location, 30 minutes away from yosemite. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything was great! Place has unique climate and it is very cozy. Sara and Tony was responding very quickly and helped us with everything. Place looks so much better than in the pictures :) We really recommend this house!

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Mark’s cabin. It’s very clearly a family home and not just a cookie cutter Airbnb (and I mean that in the best way). It was very comfortable for our family of 3 (+1 dog) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Mark was an attentive and communicative host who answered all of our questions quickly. The back deck looks out onto tall trees and the mountains and it was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return next year!
