La casa se encuentra ubicada en el coto "Villas Ma.Teresa", en donde se puede caminar por los viñedos que la rodean, cuenta con una terraza para disfrutar de una buena copa de vino y una hermosa vista. El acceso al coto es controlado con un portón eléctrico al pie de la carretera #3, dentro se encuentra la vinícola Lechuza. Está ubicada a 1 km. del museo del vino. Enseguida del restaurant Laja. A menos de 1 km. de Finca Altozano, Casa Magoni, Bodegas del Valle, Deckmans se encuentra a 3 km.

Su construción data de 1966-67, recientemente remodelada pero guardando el diseño original, cosntruida por mis abuelos Nacha y Luis (NaLu).
