Muy buena anfitriona, excelente ubicación todo muy bien

Nos la pasamos muy bien, es un lugar seguro.

Una excelente opción, nos encantó el lugar por lo cómodo y lo bonito. Sin dudarlo será nuestra primera opción al regresar.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great comfy bed, lots of packing space, one bedroom has much bigger TV than of the photo, so it was a nice surprise - Netflix, YouTube and all the rest available. Great WiFi, desk and a chair to work. The kitchen had enough equipment to prepare home meals. There was no coffee machine, but we left French press coffee maker as a present for future guests. For us, the location was great - walkable to shops, markets and the central plaza. Xelapan (amazing bakery), cheap laundromat and convenience store were all a short walk away. Sonia and her team were very nice, weekly cleaning was a bonus. If we come back to Xela, we will definitely stay at the apartment again.

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

This spot is perfect for a short- or long-term stay. It's within walking distance to a lot of things, but not on a main street, so a little quieter than being right on the central square. Although we did have a rooster as a neighbor, so if you need ear plugs, bring them. I appreciated the wake up call since the mornings were so beautiful. I loved having coffee on the patio or overlooking the mountains on the balcony. We so appreciated Silvia from next door welcoming us and providing us with timely responses to our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. Enjoy!

La vista es absolutamente hermosa, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del lago. La comunicación fue excelente, con respuestas rápidas y muy amables. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía muy cómoda. Además, está muy bien ubicado, cerca de San Pedro y San Juan, lo que permite explorar fácilmente la zona. Un lugar muy agradable al que sin duda esperamos volver pronto.

First place we stayed in Guatemala! Absolutely recommend. We arrived around 12AM the check in was effortless. The apartment was very clean and the highlight for our family was the kids spaces and pool. After a day of flying I was really happy the kids could play in a safe place. You won’t regret booking this apartment! Great host!

Great airbnb, pretty fancy and clean. The A/C works great and we loved the terrace. A bunch of stuff in the mall area including a few atms and a bunch of restaurants/grocery store. Having the Bluetooth speaker is actually a big plus for me too. I wish there was a little free gym instead of the paid SmartFit but it’s not too expensive

Un lugar increíble! Cómodo y con un gusto de decoración excelente. Nos encantó la limpieza del lugar, se percibía el aroma a limpieza. Detalles que hacen la diferencia.

Bonito lugar, tranquilo y espacioso para descansar

Excelente lugar, muy ordenado, limpio y moderno. La zona es excelente y Beatriz siempre muy atenta y servicial. Definitivamente muy recomendado.

Todo muy bien. Un poquito de detalles con una de las camas pero de resto todo bien. Buena limpieza y cuenta con lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Fue una agradable experiencia. Bonito lugar, ubicado en una zona tranquila de la ciudad en la cual hay muchas opciones de comercios y actividades.

Gracias Hellen por ser amable, atenta y responder rápido mis preguntas. El lugar es acogedor, puedes sentirte en casa, aunque no hay microhondas, por si se te enfría la comida debes usar la estufa. Tiene una vista hermosa, el lugar es seguro y tranquilo, los residentes son muy amables y educados. Puedes pedir comida por la app aunque se demoran porque siempre hay tráfico. Los Uber conocen esas torres así que te llevarán sin contratiempo. Recomendable 100%

Great location just a minute walk to the central park. Very nice room with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. Would stay again. Host was also very responsive.

I gave 5 stars but check-in was not amazing at all. The reception did not find the form to fill. I arrived late and still wanted to try to get something to eat in a restaurant. Unfortunately I had to spend too much time at check-in, communicate with the co-host, try to make the reception be more pro-active and in the end just had time for some fast food. That was not amazing at all. Why do they not den d the form before arrival? It would be easy to fill and send back and all would be smooth!
