The apartment is very pleasant and most convenient : it has got all you need and enjoys beautiful views over the Guayas river. It is located in puerto Santa Ana, a safe area of Guayaquil with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Marcus is very easy to communicate with and very proactive to help.

I’ve been doing Airbnb for more than a decade now, and I can confidently say that Selene is the best host I’ve ever had. Proactive, responsive anytime of the day and friendly. The place was well maintained and kept, felt like a home away from home. Definitely, staying here again when I comeback to Guayaquil!

El alojamiento fue seguro y en orden. Estaba muy cerca de la UEES, y en los alrededores habían minimarkets, restaurante y farmacias, todo muy cerca y se podía ir caminando. Recomendado

Outstanding Hosts! met all our needs and then went above and beyond!. Personally picked us up at Manta airport and saw to everything we could have wanted. Beach was fabulous and total R&R watching the local fishermen do there thing, lunch restaurants very close and would supply takeout of our daily beer if we needed (for our 5 week stay) . only con is the distance to the supermarket but was alleviated by our hosts willingness to drive us into Puerto Viejo or use the bus that ran by every 10-15 minutes. and dirt cheap at 50 cents pp to crucita or $1:50 all the way into Puerto Viejo. The stay was perfect for what we needed, quite, (except weekends when locals flocked to the beach for the same reason we were there) .off the beaten trail and super serene, watching the droves of frigates and pelicans flying north at sunset capped our days perfectly .

Bonito lugar, alejado de la ciudad al pie del mar, perfecto para pasar en familia y amigos. Solo un detalle para mejorar deberia haber ventiladores en habitaciones. Todas los servicios básicos y wifi ok. Recomendado.

Ubicacion tranquila, cerca de playa & restaurantes. Recomendado usar la hamaca en la puesta del sol.

He visitado 3 veces este airbnb, y cada vez es mejor que la anterior. Tiene todo lo necesario, es limpia, cuenta con excelente ubicación y además la atención a cualquier inquietud fue excelente. Recomendable para ir en familia o con amigos

La estadía fue muy placentera, la información publicada coincidía con lo recibido, las recomendaciones de Mónica fueron muy valiosas, el lugar era muy seguro, tranquilo y pudimos disfrutar de la playa con mi familia, estaba también muy cerca del centro para cuando queríamos comprar algo. Mónica fue muy atenta y siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Volveríamos nuevamente sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias Mónica.

We had a party of 6 and fit very comfortably and highly enjoyed the Airbnb. Ornella was great with communication ! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Samborondón.
