Hill House Private Entry Suite - No Cleaning Fee

Cleaned and sanitized with no cleaning fees added to your cost! Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. WE LIVE IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE WITH A LOCKING DOOR BETWEEN US. PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE BOOKING!

First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. Take your coffee or wine out and enjoy the day. head back down take a dip in one of the hot tubs

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are in the heart of Skagit Valley. Our quaint downtown is a quick 10 minute walk. Less than 20 minutes away by auto you can visit Edison, La Conner, and the Salish sea. Many shops, trails, events and foodie fare are in our Guest Guide please have a look as we were thinking of you when we complied all our favorites places. Gorgeous modern studio in a forested setting, this is a unique space with thoughtful design. The Studio is a ten minute drive from Bellingham, with seashore and mountain trails nearby. Our special place offers a base for adventure, rejuvenation and re-connection, providing "Il Dolce Far Niente" - The Sweetness of Doing Nothing. * Note there will be construction on the upper part of our property til late April, with minimal impact on Studio guests.

Near a bus line, Don't feel like going to Canada or Mount Baker tonight? Stay here instead and get an early start in the morning. Quiet but close to everything. We allow dogs for a 20.00 night fee. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN BOOKING IF YOU HAVE A DOG. No cats.
