Huisjes in Guimarães

This house is in the most STUNNING location with AMAZING views. We arrived early hours and Tiago was more than helpful at this time. We were told of the house’s rich religious history which is reflected in the artwork and decor of the house. 7 of us stayed for 8 days 2 couples and 3 teens More than enough space for everyone to have their own privacy and more than enough room for 10 people. The grounds had fig, Apple and lemon trees which we were told we are more than welcome to use. Aldi and Lidl were a 15 minute drive (we rented a car) which was perfect for evening barbecues (huge wood oven outside as well as small grills) The pool was stunning, we spent most days in there from morning till night. It’s a great size and easy to shade with umbrellas if needed. We left our inflatables there for the next person, which someone had also done before we arrived, which was a nice touch. We can’t thank Tiago enough for an amazing 8days. Will defo visit again

Wenn du im Paradies Urlaub machen möchtest, gehe zu Silvio. Er hat einen wundervollen Ort geschaffen. Traumhafter Garten, es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Petit coin de paradis un peu isolé du centre ville mais pas très loin en voiture de toutes les activités et restaurants Logement bien aménagé, bien entretenu, bien fourni avec ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner rapidement sur place La grande douche et salle de bain donnant sur la chambre donne un effet de chambre de luxe. De plus, on peut profiter d'une grande piscine nichée au cœur d'un jardin historique. Pack de bienvenu dans le frigo très apprécié à notre arrivée et baguette, croissants chauds chaque matin déposé sur la porte en plus de l'apéritif au Porto 10ans d'âge apporté en début de soirée Literie confortable, jacuzzi entretenu et très apprécié que l'on peut utiliser à volonté et à l'abri des regards José est réactif et très avenant, c'est un hôte parfait

Die unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr guter Service und gut empfangen.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel ! Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse rare, très attentionnés et à l’écoute : on sent qu’ils mettent tout leur cœur à accueillir leurs invités. Les équipements sont tout simplement incroyables : piscine, jacuzzi, terrain de tennis, salle de musculation… tout est parfaitement entretenu et pensé pour le confort. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que nous ayons faits. Merci encore, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Espaço muito agradável, muito limpo e o Sr. Carlos indicou alguns restaurantes e muitos locais para visitar. Excelente para estar em família, recomendo.

Excellent ! Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables et animé à 16 adultes, Diogo a toujours été là pour nous et bienveillant, le cadre était radieux, l’entretien des lieux est impeccable, on referait sans hésiter ! Il y a de belles choses à voir dans les environs, et des commerces à proximité, l’océan à environ 1h de route, le top. Merci encore à Diogo pour sa grande gentillesse !

A casa encontrava-se com uma limpeza imaculada, as condições da casa correspondem à descrição, disponibilizaram cozinha completamente equipada com bens alimentares para o primeiro dia, o que foi incrível uma vez que o hipermercado mais perto se encontrava a 20km. Sala espaçosa permitindo um convívio familiar emotivo. Os acessos são um pouco complicados para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida contudo para jovens não haverá problemas. Gostaria de referir e recomendar a praia fluvial do Ermal, espaço mais visitado por nós e pertíssimo deste espaço. Anfitrião muito simpático e acolhedor não deixando de aparecer para nos acolher e para se despedir de nós. Um grande Bem Haja.

Nuestra casita fue Alambique, coincidía perfectamente con la descripción, todas las comodidades ne eso; la cama muy confortable; chimenea, aseo y un baño completo, dos TV…la ubicación muy bonita y tranquila. Sin duda súper recomendable.

Casa impecável! Foi restaurada não faz muito pouco tempo, possui ótimos equipamentos e mobiliário em geral. Muito bonita e bem decorada. É localizada em uma aldeia com muito tranquila. Altamente recomendado para encontros familiares e períodos de descanso. Helder foi sempre comunicativo e prestativo. Tivemos um pequeno contratempo e Helder foi muito atencioso e ágil na resolução. Tivemos a oportunidade de conhece-lo e foi muito simpático. Enfim, passamos excelentes momentos em família na Casa Titos. Altamente recomendado!

Wonderful stay here for 5 days. Helena was quick and responsive throughout. When I arrived, I met Paula, Sofia, Martinho and Francisco who welcomed and showed me the house and area. So generous to offer me a bottle of wine, water, biscuits on my arrival. The house is cozy and peaceful with a view of the farm where the sheep roam during the day. Comfortable bed, linen and beautiful antique decor to keep with the theme. Kitchen has a small fridge, kettle, microwave and stove. Beautiful spaces to walk and rest under fruit trees, 2 swimming pools in a peaceful natural setting. Even my cat, Samson enjoyed it. For company, we also had a cute friendly dog, Nina. It is a short drive to centre of Fafe, a lovely town with charming architecture. Helena provided useful recommendations on what to do and where to go. Guimaraes is a beautiful place, only 20 minutes from the house. All in all, a great stay and I'm happy to revisit one day again. Thanks for a great stay!

Tive uma estadia maravilhosa nesta casa de pedra aconchegante. O ambiente é super tranquilo, ideal para quem busca descanso em meio à natureza, e a casa estava impecavelmente limpa e bem equipada. A anfitriã Célia foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa, nos recebeu com muita cordialidade e compartilhou ótimas dicas de passeios pela região. Além disso, esteve sempre disponível para qualquer suporte que precisássemos. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria!

Super maison, super accueil avec même un repas offert. Nuno et sa maman sont super sympas. Je recommande vivement!

Het huis is heel erg schoon en mooi maar we vonden de hosts het allerleukste aan ons verblijf. We hebben veel gehoord over de omgeving en geschiedenis van de streek. Ze zijn erg aardig en gastvrij. Het zwembad is ook prachtig! Ik kan helemaal niets negatiefs verzinnen. Perfect!

Set in the grounds of the former family vineyard this stone property is even nicer than the photographs show and shares access to extensive grounds with a wide-ranging viewpoint over the village and beyond. A lovely outdoor eating terrace and private garden. The bed was very comfortable and the interior full of charm. José & his sister Ligia were extremely welcoming, kind and generous hosts. Very responsive to any queries; giving very useful local information. We hope to return again.

Todo fue muy bien, Teresa nos atendió muy amablemente, también conocimos a su familia, comimos y cenamos un día con ellos y el trato que tuvimos fue estupendo, por lo que estamos muy agradecidos. En cuanto al apartamento, muy bonito y cómodo, con todo tipo de detalles tanto en cocina como baño, no echamos en falta nada. Es posible aparcar el vehículo en la propia parcela. Solo podemos decir que se trata de un alojamiento muy recomendable y con gusto repetiríamos.

There aren’t enough words to express our experience at Casa Marigaridi. The estate is breathtaking and we arrived around sunset! It was like going back in time and entering a fairytale book. From the pristine grounds, to the >1000 year old estate, to the immaculate prize winning gardens, and the amazing views. But then you add Toni and Hugo and property history and it’s just perfect. The attention to detail and the personal welcome was unmatched. The unit we stayed at was ideal for our family. A 2 story lil cottage decorated in very cozy yet authentic furnishings. The lil window in the kitchen inspired one of our daughters to bake cookies and she enjoyed all the birds chirping right outside the window. The evening treat we were offered were delightful and the fresh 8am bread were just wonderful. Besides all this, the fridge is filled with local favorites and breakfast items. If you are looking for a central location in Guimaraes look no further!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The outside area was absolutely fabulous and the house was kitted with everything we needed to have a really fun and relaxing holiday. Raul was extremely welcoming providing our daughter with a crib last minute and gave us local recommendations that were great. We would absolutely love to return!
