Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

Tiny Pod 1 is located in the heart of North Guiones Town, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are two paths: a raw private trail through the national park that may be less accessible in the rainy season, and a public path to the main beach entrance leading to top surfing spots. The pod is surrounded by restaurants, local shops, and nature, so you don’t need a car and everything is close by, making it ideal for adventurers, digital nomads, or anyone looking to relax in nature at your pace.

Cozy Beach Casita is a two story A-frame located in the heart of Playa Guiones K Section. Only a quick 4 minute walk to the beach, this cozy casita sleeps up to 5 people, which features a master bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and glass enclosed living area. There is air conditioning located in the living area, master bedroom and loft. Because the staircase to the loft is steep and ladder like, we do not accept young children. We offer weekly cleaning services for stays of 6 days or more.

In a very sought after location in Playa Guiones, Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to a variety of restaurants. This Studio comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. Walkable to everything including the beach (walkable in bare feet if you wish!), every restaurant in town, yoga, even grocery stores. We have a private off street parking spot, a pool, and beautifully landscaped outdoor space. Our WiFi is fiber, backed up by Starlink, and power is backed up with solar panels and batteries.
