The place was exactly as described—spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to return!

We had a great time staying at Soonaik’s place. The apartment was clean when we checked in. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Bunk beds was a hit with the kids. The location of the apartment is very good with supermarkets nearby. Whenever needed, Soonaik was very helpful and quick in responding to our queries. Definitely recommend this place and would visit again!!

A lovely private and quiet villa. The pool and outdoor garden is beautiful. A lovely view and verandah from the spacious master suite. We enjoyed 4 nights of relaxing after 2 weeks of travelling down Vietnam. We would highly recommend and hope to return for longer You will need to organise a scooter or vehicle. There is a great roadside cafe & massage within walking distance, however the restaurants and beach are 2-3km away and Grab don’t always accept the short rides. We ordered a local scooter and it was delivered in about 30mins and inexpensive. The airport is about 30 mins away. There is an active security camera above the pool area but I don’t know if it is recording or monitoring?

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was everything we expected and much more! I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay

The host Khun Pirasa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We arrived quite late but they waited us and helped us with check-in process. The property has pool access, was clean, fully furnished, and well-maintained. Wifi connection is stable too. The location is excellent—conveniently close to the bus station, grocery stores, and a 7-Eleven, with taxis and public transportation easily available right outside. The price was truly worth it, and we would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Roland was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. The location was truly something special, with access to a secluded private beach that felt like a hidden paradise. The entire team on-site was exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone considering a stay in Koh Chang. It’s a slice of paradise with top-tier hospitality
