Villa Villetta is a sweet charming villa situated in Novigrad. Villetta is ideal for 2 adults + 2 children in search of relaxation and pure escapism. With 40m2 of floor space, 1 bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a large double sofa bed and a kitchen, there is plenty of space for both socializing and enjoying your own privacy. Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

This wonderful place , owned by the same family for more than 200 years, can only be described as majestic , tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful. The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. One of the ancient jewels of Istria . Two bedroom Villa with two bathrooms .
