So very grateful to have such a beautiful place to stay! Well equipped and stocked. Lots of extras not normally seen in rentals that made our arrival and extended stay feel so welcoming. Plenty of parking. Great communication from the owners, close to downtown and the beaches , great views of the Blue Angels practices and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for a vacation or extended stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My daughters slept in the bunk beds and said they were comfortable and cozy. The balcony is fantastic. Large enough for my family of 4 to have plenty of space and the views are gorgeous! The Beach Club resort is beautiful. Having a restaurant and ice cream shop on the premises was very convenient. We always had plenty of room on the beach, in fact I was shocked it wasn't more crowded considering it was our spring break week. The location is in between Gulf Shores and Ft. Morgan (about a 10-15 minute drive to each). We drove by some condos in Orange Beach and they seemed to be right on top of each other, the grounds at the Beach Club are much more spacious. The hosts were fantastic! Both Phyllis and Taylor did a great job communicating everything we would need to know prior to our trip, and were extremely punctual at answering a couple of questions we had during our stay. Would definitely return!

This was our third time staying here. We love it! Everything is so clean. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We love the extras. Soft towels, comfy pillows and full size refrigerator. We'll be back!

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

Nelson’s Airbnb was the perfect place to stay in Gulf breeze. It was about a 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach in about a 20 to 25 minute drive to Navarre Beach. It was not far from downtown Pensacola. It was a beautiful Airbnb. You can tell that they really take pride in it. It was spotless so cute. I would recommend that I would come back over and over again very responsive very clear communication really amazing hosts

This fabulous space was perfect for my quick beach getaway! I found the space to be well-designed and exactly as described. In particular, I enjoyed how the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a tea/coffee station, ample sink space, and quality utensils/dishes. Also, host Marcella is great with communication.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy. There are some cute parks nearby and I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. It is pet friendly too which is a big deal for us as I go nowhere without my pups. We had different family members staying at different times and there were lots of extra sheets so we could provide clean ones without doing a bunch of laundry, we did wash the ones we changed out though. There were some little beach chairs and even a couple umbrellas! Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the showers. We can’t say enough great things about this location! Some of our other family got a unit in town that looked nothing like the pics but this one is true to the pics. I emailed with a question that the answer was literally hanging on the wall and Matteo responded with a kind answer. I would suggest possibly some xtra fleece blankets in closets for those that don’t have hot flashes lol! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The is the second time we have stayed at Oran’s property. We hope to stay here again in the future when our travels take us to Pensacola.

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The house is wonderful and Amber is amazing. The pictures are accurate and the house is beautiful and comfortable. Amber is attentive, friendly and prompt. I definitely recommend this home and would book it again.

We loved the accommodations. Enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch. We walked in the nearby park every day and loved being close enough to enjoy the track, ball fields and tennis/pickleball courts.

Joel and Claire are great hosts! Communicative without being intrusive. Everything was very clean and the entire house is beautifully decorated! Layout is great, easy to retreat to a personal space when desired. 4 full bathrooms made everyone happy. Plenty of drawer and closet space for unpacking to feel at home. Beds are very comfortable. Grandkids loved the arcade. Kitchen is fantastic and open to living room. Great views of the lagoon from both balconies. If you order from Amazon, add delivery note “deliver to FRONT DOOR - no key to access mailbox”. Pool water was perfect, warm, and clean every day! Easy walk to beautiful white sand beach. Lots of beach toys, umbrella, chairs, etc. Bring your own beach towels or buy locally. Market around the corner via walk to beach was very convenient. 🏖️ We loved our Gulf Shores vacation and the peaceful, coastal vibe in this home!! 🏖️

Beautifully decorated, super clean MCM house. Every detail is great - yard games, kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, nice laundry room, tv’s for everyone for movie nights, gorgeous original tile in bathrooms. Such a fun rental. Thank you!!!

We loved our stay at Portofino Island Resort! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. This was our second time staying at PIR and we will be back. Lots to do, beautiful views, and so very relaxing! Just what we needed!!

I highly recommend Leanne's condo at the Caribbe! The location is wonderful. I loved watching the boats coming in and out of the bay every day. There was lots to do and the onsite restaurant was amazing. The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Driving directions were great. Check in was so easy. Leanne communicated along the way and her responses to all my questions were quick and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check out was super easy. The view was amazing and the beach was a short walk with chairs/umbrellas for rent. There is a walking path just outside the resort and we enjoyed the pools and restaurant/bar in the lifestyle center. We will be back!

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

This was a great location, walking distance to the clubhouse, and it made for a really fun trip!

Wonderful location. We didn’t feel too close to all the hustle & bustle of Pensacola, and the beach access wasn’t crowded at all. There were several amenities on the property (though we only accessed the pool), but we definitely want to check out those other features at another time. The only downside to the resort itself was that they offer weddings & close off a good portion of the beach for their chairs & arbor, so we had to work around that with our beach setup. As far as the condo goes, it was magnificent. The only downside was there was no salt/pepper, only 2 flimsy kitchen trash bags, and limited toilet paper between 4 people for 4 days. We really had to make everything stretch to prevent purchasing unnecessary items for the condo. They were great to provide 2 Tide washing detergent boxes & 1 dishwasher detergent. We will definitely be back but will have knowledge now on what to pack to better our stay. Thank you!

I love the layout of this condo. The esthetic is understated, elegant and peaceful. The view from the balcony is unobstructed and not too far from the beach access. The owner is very accommodating and quick to take care of any issue. Would definitely go back.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great.
