A private park provides a great place to fish, launch your kayak or just sit and relax. You never know what you might see sitting along the river's edge. Dolphins, turtles, pelicans & herons just to mention a few. Conveniently located, 7 miles to the Gulf beaches , 4 1/2 miles to Tanger Outlet, 7 miles to The Wharf and only 24 miles to the beautiful town of Fairhope.

The Flip Flop Beach Retreat is a lovely cottage by the sea located in the heart of Dauphin Island! Enjoy your own private beach and beautiful views of the Mississippi Sound. Keep it “reel” simple and cozy with friends and loved ones in this 1 bedroom RV with a water view. This is a dog friendly (25 lb. max weight) site (with fee) We have 2 fishing kayaks and bikes available. Bring your fishing gear, canoe, paddle board we have a neighborhood launch and dock. We are located 10 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach and Zoo. We are 20 minutes from Shopping. The RV comfortably sleeps 3-4 adults. Quiet hours are 10pm - 6 am daily. Come and enjoy the “Reel Life” with us.

Private beach on the bay side, perfect for the youngsters with no big waves or rip tides. Access to fluffy white sands of the gulf beaches are a short walk just across the way out the front door. Public beach access is 7-8 lots down either way from the house and they are usually not crowded.
