Keep it “reel” simple and cozy with friends and loved ones in this 1 bedroom RV with a water view. This is a dog friendly (25 lb. max weight) site (with fee) We have 2 fishing kayaks and bikes available. Bring your fishing gear, canoe, paddle board we have a neighborhood launch and dock. We are located 10 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach and Zoo. We are 20 minutes from Shopping. The RV comfortably sleeps 3-4 adults. Quiet hours are 10pm - 6 am daily. Welcome to Olivia Downtown, your new home away from home! This gem is an 860 sq ft one bedroom one bathroom home equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room. Whether you’re working from the designated office space, snuggled up on the comfiest couch watching some Netflix or cozied up around the fire pit on a chilly night Olivia will make you never want to leave! However, if you do decide to venture out we are minutes away from Pensacola’s best of the best!

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
