Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

Everything was amazing Hosts were amazing. They truly accommodated us with our early arrival. This house was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you can actually smell how clean the entire house is. I saw reviews that others had issues with the construction going on. We had no issues with noise. If you are outside on the pool having a good time, you don’t even know they are there and the house is pretty much sound proof, so you do not hear them while you are inside. I would definitely want to go back. Thank you both for your amazing house

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Clean and well appointed, with plenty of space for our family. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard, enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would 100% recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

We loved our stay here! The host was very proactive in reaching out and communicating. The home was very clean and had everything we could think to need - will definitely be booking again in the future!

Excellent spot in a place that is easy to access. Some walkable stores close by, including a Starbucks a few steps away. The apartment is smaller but clean, well thought out and as seen in the pictures. Definitely recommend for value, peacefulness and accessible to getting around. Me and my two boys had a great time here for a few days.

This was our 2nd stay at this location and once again, it worked out perfect for our needs. Can walk to the beach, has a screened porch where we store all the sandy gear and toys, and very comfortable.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. My friend and I stayed at Nadine's cute condo for the perfect getaway weekend. Nadine was a wonderful host and super responsive/helpful before, throughout, and after our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for our vacation and for two girls, I would say we felt very safe and comfortable staying here. You can't beat the location at all, we walked everywhere!! Every day we walked to the beach, for breakfast, and dinner. It is the best spot to be in if you want good access to the beach and Atlantic Ave. We were able to check in early and head right over to the beach first thing in the morning- utilizing the beach chairs and towels for our perfect beach day. The two beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious for all of our belongings. Solid shower with good water pressure and clean towels. There was a brita in the fridge which was super helpful for filling up our water bottles. Overall have no complaints and would gladly stay again, thank you, Nadine!

The facility was beautiful and the condo was equally as nice. Looking forward to booking there again next year.

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!

Ginger and Louise were great hosts. We loved the location. Very walkable to beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, pool was nice after a beach day. We had everything we needed for the perfect escape from the cold weather up north. Thanks so much for a nice get away. I highly recommend this place to stay for a week or longer. We will definitely be back in the future

This is a fantastic place to stay! Spacious enough for 2 people, very homely and a lovely communal area around the condo's. The pool & BBQ area are relaxing and inviting and the premises are pristine and maintained very well. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away and the beach gear provided is a great bonus! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet but there is enough to do and see in the area. Karen is easy to communicate with, always friendly and responded quickly. Don't hesitate to pick Karen's place for a lovely vacation. We would definitely return!
