We were disappointed that we couldn’t use karaoke since there was no Instructions and even the staff didn't know how to use it. I was concerned about the hardness of the bed, but other than that I was very satisfied. The rock bath was comfortable and had enough space for a large group.

This apartment is a fantastic place. The location is incredible if you’re planning on skiing - hard to beat. The unit itself is modern, well cared for, and inviting. The hosts did a fantastic job as well. Above and beyond. Nozawa Onsen is a great little town and this is the perfect spot to base your stay.

複数の家族で宿泊しましたが、リビングや卓球スペースは子供が走り回れる広さがあり、大人はゆっくり談笑しながら、子供たちは自由に遊べて、非常に快適でした！

Easy check in, amenities as described. The views were stunning and beautiful. The host was very friendly and helpful, and spoke English to help check in. I would recommend this place to get away from the crowds and enjoy the nature and views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lodge. Getting to ride electric bikes ( no fee), visiting a fabulous art gallery, relaxing at a private onsen and eating at a local restaurant were all great experiences that Craig and the lodge staff recommended. The staff, Emma and Robbie, couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered delicious breakfasts, home made cookies and plentiful coffee and tea in the relaxing lounge. I can happily recommend this place with no hesitation. Thank you to all involved that made our first few days in Japan such fun.

Nick is a great fun guy! We were welcomed like we visited our friends’ house. Breakfast was great too. Very short driving to the onsen. Scenery is beautiful.

The check in location was different from the actual home to stay in, I was a bit winded from walking up the steep hills to check in location and then when I was dropped off at the location the driver did not tell me what room # we were in, or the 2.5 flight of stairs I needed to climb with all my luggage. The place location is PRIME for snowboarding because the lifts are basically right outside the door, but the check in while dealing with all the luggage up the steep hills and stairs was a small nightmare. So just be prepared for the hills.

We booked this place for a ski trip with several coworkers and families, and it was fantastic. A great place to unwind after a full day on the hill, plus we had a great view of the fireworks and torch descent from the Yuzawa snow festival. It was very well equipped for coordinating a larger group.

Great lodge. Booked a tatami room, which was right above a whitewater river. Opened the window slightly and that background sound resulted in the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Nice lodge, has all you need. Kieren is a great host. Knows lots about the area Inc tips on the local onsen

This house is absolutely amazing!! It's exactly like the pictures, truly a dream home. The decor inside is exquisite, with each item carefully chosen by the owner from around the world. Every detail is thoughtful and unique. I highly recommend this place, 5 stars without a doubt!

駐車スペースまでご案内いただいたり、チェックイン前にお部屋を暖めてくださったりなど親切かつ丁寧なご案内いただきました。最寄りのスーパーや近隣の美味しい飲食店も教えていただきました。お部屋も広々していて、寝具も清潔でした！温泉も気持ちよかったです。
